Biography

Chelsea Ryan Thomas is a fashion designer based in New York City.  She is a recent graduate of Parsons The New School for Design. Her thesis project, Visual Fallacy, was selected to be featured on the Parsons Student Work Website. Her designs aim to encompass strength and feminine vitality, and are indicatively constructed for the bold and modern consumer.

Chelsea’s predilection for design came at a young age.  As a child, she was often found in her room stapling fabric together to make clothes for her dolls, or cutting her own clothing to modify it how she saw fit.  Prior to moving to New York City, Chelsea was raised in Austin Texas.  She then earned a BA in Broadcast Journalism from the Walter Cronkite School of Journalism at ASU.
